Refund Policy

Clear terms for digital downloads, and the cases where we will make it right.

Digital products

Templates are digital products delivered instantly. Once a template has been downloaded, it cannot be returned in the way a physical product can. For that reason, purchases are generally final.

That said, we want you to be happy with what you buy. The cases below describe when we will issue a refund.

When you qualify for a refund

  • The template is broken or does not run, and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • The template is materially not as described on its product page.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • You have not downloaded the template and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

When a refund does not apply

  • You changed your mind after downloading the template.
  • You bought the wrong template by mistake but have already downloaded it.
  • You lack the technical skills to use the template, where it works as described.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request a refund

Email support@thefrontkits.com with your order ID and a short description of the issue. For broken or not as described claims, please include details or a screenshot so we can reproduce the problem.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take five to ten business days for the credit to appear.
