Acceptance of terms

By accessing The Front Kits or purchasing a template, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the marketplace.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 16 years old.

License to use templates

Each template is sold under a license described on our License page. In short, the Standard License covers a single end product, and the Extended License adds use in products that charge end users and use across multiple projects.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish a template as a template, whether modified or not, including on other marketplaces.

Payments

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including any applicable taxes.

Downloads and delivery

Templates are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase you receive immediate download access from the confirmation page and from your Downloads page. Download links are tied to your order.

Refunds

Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly, sales are generally final. We provide refunds in specific cases described in our Refund Policy, such as a template that is broken or materially not as described.

Intellectual property

The Front Kits and its authors retain all rights, title, and interest in the templates, except for the license rights expressly granted to you. The The Front Kits name, brand, and marketplace remain our property.

Disclaimer and liability

Templates are provided on an as is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Front Kits is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant template.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of The Front Kits after an update means you accept the revised terms.
